How does your pricing work, and where does the money go?
We use a simple weekly rate. Your payments fund the space itself (rent, utilities, cleaning, security, maintenance) and member support. No commissions taken from your services or retail.
Do you have hidden fees or surprise charges?
No. We disclose deposits, access fees (if any), and optional add-ons up front, in writing and before you sign.
What do you mean by “profit transparency”?
We believe in sustainable margins, not junk fees. If a cost changes (e.g., utilities or building services), we’ll explain what changed and why, with notice.
What is your ethics policy?
Respect clients, respect creators, respect the space. No retaliation, harassment, discrimination, or deceptive marketing. We encourage fair pricing and truthful claims about results and credentials.
How do you handle legal and health compliance?
We keep the building compliant and share local guidelines; members are responsible for their professional licence, insurance, sanitation, and service-specific rules. We provide checklists and quick support.
What is your stance on diversity and inclusion?

We only collect what’s needed to operate your lease and support you. We don’t sell personal data. Booking and payments are handled through secure, recognised platforms you control.
Do you push specific brands or take a cut of retail?
No. You choose your professional and retail lines. We don’t take a percentage of your retail sales.
How are conflicts or complaints handled?
Start with your location lead. If unresolved, we escalate to management with documented timelines and outcomes. For serious issues, we may bring in an independent mediator.
What’s your environmental approach?
